Integrity Commission Refutes Allegations of Raiding Former Prime Minister’s Brother’s Home

Kadhimiya: The Federal Integrity Commission has firmly denied rumors circulating on social media regarding a supposed search of the former Prime Minister's brother's residence in Kadhimiya.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Commission released a statement categorically dismissing these reports as entirely false. Earlier, political and parliamentary sources had disclosed that a joint security force executed a raid on the residence of Abbas Shia al-Sudani, the former Prime Minister's brother, in Baghdad's Kadhimiya district, early on Saturday morning. The operation was reportedly conducted based on specific security information.

These sources further mentioned that the property, located at block 413, alley 4, house 11 in the Kadhimiya neighborhood, was unoccupied during the time of the alleged raid.
