Iran Executes “One Of Israel’s Most Important Spies”


Baghdad: Iran’s judiciary announced on Monday that it had carried out the execution of a man convicted of spying for Israel.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the convict, a database specialist, had gained access to sensitive state databases and passed classified information to Israel’s Mossad.

The report added that the man had met Mossad officers 63 times during nine trips abroad. The execution was carried out after all legal procedures were completed and the verdict was upheld by the Supreme Court.
