Moscow:Iraq took part in the second Global Digital Forum held in the Russian capital.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iraqi delegation was led by Minister of Communications Mustafa Sanad, alongside Lieutenant General Saad Maan, Head of the Security Media Cell, and Muhannad Al-Oqabi, Director of the Media Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Forces.

The invitation for Iraq’s participation was extended by Maksut Shadaev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, and Bella Cherkesova, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, who also serves as Chair of the Forum’s Organizing Committee.
