Baghdad: For the second day in a row, the Ministry of Interior continues its discussions with its Czech counterpart. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Police Affairs, Head of the Iraqi delegation, Lieutenant General Hadi Razij Kassar, held an expanded meeting with his Czech counterpart and officials from the Czech Ministry of Interior. Attendees included the Director of the Anti-Narcotics Department, the Director of the Anti-Human Trafficking Department, the Director of the Department of Foreigners and Immigration, the Director of the Criminal Registration Department, and the Director of the Police Dogs and Horse Riding Department.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting covered several topics aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries in security and technical fields. The discussions focused on areas of mutual interest that could benefit from shared expertise and collaboration.

The Iraqi delegation provided insights into the recent developments within the Ministry of Interior, emphasizing the advancements under the guidance of the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari. The delegation highlighted the integration of modern technologies and innovative strategies to combat crime more effectively and expedite its detection.
