Riyadh:Minister of Electricity Ali Saadi Waheeb engaged in discussions about energy sector cooperation and electrical grid stability with Saudi Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the WPC Energy conference in Riyadh. The Iraqi Minister of Oil, Basim Mohammed Khudair Al-Abadi, was also present during these discussions.

The talks focused on enhancing joint coordination and developing a partnership in the energy sector that aligns with the priorities of both Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The discussions highlighted the importance of maintaining and expanding cooperation to contribute to the stability of the electrical grid and realize mutual interests between the two nations.
