Kirkuk: Iraqi F-16 fighter jets carried out an airstrike on ISIS positions south of Kirkuk. A security source said: “The airstrike targeted ISIS positions on the outskirts of the village of Albu Zerga, near Wadi Al-Shai.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a joint counter-terrorism force in Kirkuk and Sulaymaniyah, with support from the international coalition, executed an airdrop in the village of Al-Sarheidi, in the Riyadh district of Kirkuk Governorate. A security source stated: “The operation resulted in the arrest of an ISIS member wanted by the judiciary.”
