Baghdad: The meetings of the Iraqi-Libyan Joint Committee commenced today, Sunday, at the expert level in Baghdad.
According to Iraqi News Agency, the Charg© d’Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy in Libya, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, announced that discussions at the expert level have officially started in the Iraqi capital.
The meetings are anticipated to result in the signing of several memoranda of understanding across multiple sectors. Furthermore, the head of the Libyan delegation is set to have discussions with Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein. These talks aim to explore the strengthening of relations between Baghdad and Tripoli, highlighting the importance of diplomatic dialogue and the robust connection between the peoples of Iraq and Libya.
