Karbala: A member of parliament from the Wisdom Movement in Karbala was involved in a car accident. Iraqi Member of Parliament Hassan al-Masoudi, representing the holy city of Karbala and affiliated with the Hikma Movement, sustained bruises and was hospitalized after a traffic accident on the Baghdad-Karbala road.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from his office indicated that the MP received treatment and was discharged from the hospital in good health.
