Iraq: Iraq’s national futsal team secured its second consecutive victory at the AFC Futsal Asian Cup finals after defeating South Korea 3-2 on Thursday. Iraq’s goals were scored by Salem Faisal, Haider Majid, and Salem Kazem, as the team continued its strong performance in the tournament.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, congratulated the national futsal team on the win, on behalf of the Association’s executive board. In a statement, Darjal praised the players and coaching staff for the important victory, reaffirming the Association’s full support to the team in order to further assert Iraq’s futsal credentials at the continental level.
