Tehran: The Iranian Tasnim News Agency reported on Sunday that the Israeli Air Force launched an airstrike on the capital, Tehran. The attack specifically targeted critical defense infrastructure within the city.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the raids aimed at the central command headquarters of the Iranian Ministry of Defense. The strikes also targeted the Ministry’s “SPND” (Defense Research and Innovation Organization) located northeast of Tehran in the “Nobonyad” area.
The airstrikes resulted in partial damage to an administrative building belonging to the ministry. However, official statements have yet to confirm the full extent of the damage or provide information on any casualties.
