Gaza: Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip today, Saturday, through airstrikes and gunfire directed at various areas of the besieged enclave.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the “Palestinian Information Center” quoted local Palestinian sources as saying that “Israeli helicopters opened heavy fire east of the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis in the far southwest of the Gaza Strip, wounding a Palestinian woman.”

Al-Shakoush area, southwest of Khan Yunis, also came under heavy fire from occupation vehicles, coinciding with drone-dropped bombs and reconnaissance aircraft strikes near the “Yellow Line,” as well as Israeli artillery shelling targeting the area.

Israeli artillery shelled Al-Mawasi in Rafah, coinciding with heavy fire from Israeli vehicles toward displaced persons’ tents. Meanwhile, the eastern part of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city, was subjected to artillery shelling and heavy tank fire, and Israeli gunboats fired shells into the waters off the city’s coast.

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the Gaza ceasefire agreement-which entered into force on October 10, 2025-through aerial and artillery bombardment of areas housing displaced persons, as well as demolition and destruction operations within the so-called “Yellow Line,” while maintaining restrictions on the movement of goods, aid, and travel.

According to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, the number of Palestinian casualties since the start of the ceasefire has risen to 1,386 martyrs and 4,784 injured, in addition to 831 recorded cases of bodies being recovered. The total toll of the Israeli war of extermination against Gaza since October 7, 2023, has reached approximately 73,821 martyrs and 174,879 injured-an indication of the heavy human cost of the occupation’s ongoing aggression against the Strip.
