Baghdad: The Northern Military Region in Jordan thwarted an attempt to smuggle drugs using a drone on Thursday after detecting it and applying the rules of engagement.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Jordanian Army reported that two drones attempting to infiltrate the western border were shot down. The operation was conducted in coordination with security agencies, and the drones were handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
