Accra:The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, met with Deputy Prime Minister Mohammed Ali Tamim to discuss mechanisms for upholding the rule of law and strengthening the functioning of state institutions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council released a press statement indicating that Judge Zaidan welcomed Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim on Sunday morning, offering congratulations on his new position.

The meeting focused on addressing the mechanisms needed to strengthen the rule of law and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of state institutions.
