Baghdad: The Supreme Judicial Council has begun investigating and gathering evidence regarding media reports about the loss of funds allocated for social protection.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council’s media office stated in a press release that “the Second Karkh Investigation Court, specializing in integrity cases, announced that it has begun investigating and gathering evidence regarding media reports about the loss of funds allocated for social protection.”
