Karbala: Detachments from the Arab and International Police Department arrested 27 Arab and foreign individuals of various nationalities in the holy Karbala Governorate. The arrests were made after a detailed field monitoring of the movement of foreign workers within the governorate, which revealed that they were in violation of residency conditions and regulations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation was executed in coordination and cooperation with the Directorate of Intelligence and National Security and the Iraqi National Intelligence Service. Following their arrest, the detainees were handed over to the Residency Affairs Department to complete the necessary legal procedures against them in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
