Karbala: The Arab and International Police Department of the Karbala Police Command arrested 12 foreigners violating residency conditions during a campaign conducted on Tuesday, which included security measures to check the residency of foreigners. A police statement stated that, within the framework of the ongoing security efforts exerted by the Karbala Police Command, and in coordination with the relevant intelligence and security agencies, the Arab and International Police Department continues its meticulous procedures to monitor and check the conditions of residents of foreign nationalities within the governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added that these efforts, in cooperation with the Residency Department and the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, resulted in the arrest of 12 violators of various foreign nationalities, who were proven to have violated residency regulations and conditions. The violators were referred to the Deportation Division to take the necessary lega
l action against them in accordance with the legal procedures.
