Baghdad: The House of Representatives announced the outcomes of its extraordinary session held today, Tuesday, to discuss the Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and violations of Iraqi airspace. The Council affirmed the Iraqi people’s solidarity with the Iranian people in the wake of the blatant Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, reiterating its absolute rejection of the violation of Iraqi airspace and its use to attack neighboring countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Council urged support for the government’s efforts and measures against the Zionist entity’s violation of Iraqi airspace sovereignty and its diplomatic efforts at the regional and international levels. The Council stressed the need to consolidate internal unity in order to stand against any regional or international repercussions.
