Baghdad: The Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq has announced the official pricing for various types of gasoline at fuel stations across the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry’s statement highlighted that the decision to regulate gasoline prices was based on a recommendation from Prime Minister Masrour Barzani. The statement outlined specific prices for the different types of gasoline available at fuel stations. Regular gasoline is priced at 750 dinars per liter, while regular commercial gasoline should not exceed 850 dinars per liter.

Furthermore, the ministry has set the maximum price for premium gasoline at 1000 dinars per liter. Premium gasoline, referred to as ‘super’, is capped at 1200 dinars per liter. The ministry also emphasized that the quality of regular, premium, and super gasoline must adhere to the guidelines established by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
