Lebanese Media: Violent Israeli Raids Target Nabatieh Neighborhood

Beirut: The Israeli enemy army continued its raids on areas north and south of the Litani River in southern Lebanon on Friday, despite the ceasefire agreement. Al-Arabiya TV in Beirut reported on Friday afternoon that the Israeli occupation forces launched a series of raids on several sites in the Kfar Tibnit area in the Nabatieh district, north of the Litani River in southern Lebanon.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, live footage broadcast by Al-Arabiya TV showed what looked like a belt of fire across a wide, elevated area, amid rising flames and thick smoke. The National News Agency in Lebanon reported that Israeli warplanes launched a large-scale and violent air attack on the Ali al-Taher forests, the Kfar Tibnit heights, and Nabatieh al-Fawqa, dropping concussion missiles whose explosions caused a tremendous explosion.

Israeli Army Radio claimed that extensive raids were once again targeting underground structures in southern Lebanon after attempts to restore them were detected.
