Sulaymaniyah:The Meteorological and Seismological Authority has announced that an earthquake with a magnitude of 3 was recorded north of Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The earthquake was noted within the Iraqi borders this evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the authority reported that the earthquake occurred at precisely 091950 PM. The tremor, which measured 3 on the Richter scale, was felt by citizens in areas close to the event’s site.
