Man Arrested for Killing Neighbor Over Shop Dispute in Babylon


Hillah: A man was arrested in the Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi district, south of Hillah, for allegedly killing his neighbor following a dispute over a 3-square-meter shop. The arrest was made by a team from the Anti-Crime Office in the area.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrest took place after surveillance and intelligence information pinpointed the suspect’s location. Colonel Ammar Al-Shammari, Director of Media for the Babylon Police, stated that the suspect is accused of the crime that occurred in a village four days ago. The arrested individual has been handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
