Baghdad: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of 19 individuals wanted on various legal charges in several governorates. In a statement, the Directorate emphasized the collaborative efforts between security agencies and operational sectors, highlighting the role of precise intelligence in the success of these operations.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrests took place during separate operations conducted by detachments of the Military Intelligence Directorate. The individuals were apprehended in the governorates of Baghdad, Diyala, Anbar, Maysan, Salah al-Din, and Kirkuk. These operations were a result of coordinated efforts between various security agencies and relied heavily on accurate intelligence.
The statement further noted that the detained individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities to ensure that the necessary legal measures are taken against them.
