Baghdad: The Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri has issued a directive to raise performance levels and expedite the completion of more than 800 incoming requests each day. This initiative includes prioritizing humanitarian cases and special requests, while stressing the importance of avoiding delays in processing citizens’ transactions.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, during a visit to the Ministry’s Citizens’ Affairs Department, al-Jubouri reviewed requests, signed paperwork, and made immediate decisions on cases needing urgent intervention. He was accompanied by the Undersecretaries for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, highlighting the ministry’s commitment to efficient service.
Al-Jubouri has instructed the addition of new staff as necessary, with the aim of prioritizing the quick processing of transactions and reducing citizen waiting times. This move places the efficiency of handling requests at the forefront of the Ministry’s operational priorities.
