BAGHDAD: Minister of Trade Athir Dawood Al-Ghariri engaged in discussions with the Syrian Ambassador to Iraq, Sattam Jadaan Al-Dandah, focusing on enhancing economic cooperation and developing mechanisms to send humanitarian aid to Lebanon and Palestine through Syria. The meeting underscored Iraq's commitment to supporting neighboring nations amid regional tensions. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Trade released a statement detailing the discussions between Minister Al-Ghariri and Ambassador Al-Dandah. The talks centered on fostering economic and trade collaboration that aligns with mutual interests, alongside coordinating Iraq's support for Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine. This support is deemed critical in light of challenges posed by regional conflicts.
