Ministry of Education Completes Firefighting Training for Baghdad Vocational Schools

Baghdad: The Ministry of Education has completed a series of specialized firefighting training courses for vocational secondary school staff in Baghdad. In total, 90 teaching staff members participated in the training sessions, which were organized by the General Directorate of Vocational Education's Occupational Health and Safety Division, in collaboration with the Directorate's Training Department.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the training initiative aligns with the directives of Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri. The aim is to improve work environments and elevate safety standards across educational institutions. Participants received both theoretical and practical instruction in firefighting techniques, safe evacuation procedures, and the proper use of firefighting equipment. These measures are intended to ensure rapid response in emergencies and safeguard lives and property.
