Ministry of Justice Launches Electronic Automation System at Al-Hurriya Notary Public Office


Baghdad: The Ministry of Justice announced the launch of an electronic automation system at the Al-Hurriya Notary Public Office, aiming to develop work mechanisms, simplify procedures, and expedite citizens’ transactions.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Director General of the Notary Public Office, Youssef Huwaiz Khurshid, stated that the service was launched in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Justice, Dr. Khalid Shawani. These directives focus on digital transformation and improving the level of services provided to citizens.



Khurshid emphasized that this step represents an important addition to the modernization of judicial work and the enhancement of procedural efficiency. He noted that the Al-Hurriya Notary Public Office is the sixth office to operate using the system. The introduction of automation at the office is part of a comprehensive plan to expand the scope of electronic services and reduce the burden on visitors, contributing to faster transaction processing and improved service quality.
