Moscow: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed that his country and the United States have not yet agreed on the main criteria for a settlement in Ukraine. Lavrov said, according to Russian media, that “the basic components of a settlement in Ukraine are not easy to agree on, and they are under discussion.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that relations between Moscow and Washington are developing very well. He emphasized the active exchange of visits between the two countries’ special envoys.

Since the beginning of this year, the Saudi cities of Riyadh and Istanbul, Turkey, have witnessed two rounds of high-level Russian-American talks, with the Russian-Ukrainian war being a prominent topic.
