Cairo:Muayad Al-Lami, President of the General Union of Arab Journalists, took part in the meetings of the Arab Ministers of Information at the League of Arab States headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Lami engaged in discussions with Information Ministers from Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, and Syria, as well as various Arab delegations and the Assistant Secretary-General for the Media Sector. The talks centered on Arab media affairs.

During these discussions, Al-Lami highlighted Iraq’s security stability, reconstruction efforts, and the current state of the Iraqi journalistic community. He noted that the officials they met expressed appreciation and respect for Iraq and its journalistic community.
