Muqtada al-Sadr Orders Closure of Najaf Guesthouse Amid Pilgrims’ Journey to Karbala

Najaf: Muqtada al-Sadr, leader of the Sadrist Movement, has ordered the closure of the Al-Sadr family guesthouse in Najaf. In a message directed to pilgrims arriving for the Arba'een commemoration, al-Sadr expressed his honor in serving the pilgrims during their stay in Najaf.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Sadr apologized for any unintentional shortcomings in providing services to the pilgrims. He announced the closure of the Al-Sadr guesthouse to facilitate the pilgrims' journey to Karbala. The closure marks a significant step as the focus shifts to the march towards Karbala, an essential aspect of the Arba'een commemoration.
