Baghdad: The governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, has signed a pivotal agreement in Washington with Uptime, a leading American company, to support digital transformation across government departments in the governorate. This collaboration is set to enhance institutional performance and drive the digitalization of administrative processes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Governor al-Dakhil announced the signing while attending a business conference hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He emphasized the significance of this partnership in streamlining government administration, which is expected to simplify procedures and improve service efficiency for the citizens of Nineveh.

Al-Dakhil highlighted Uptime’s extensive experience, noting that the company manages e-governance programs in over 122 countries. This global expertise will be instrumental in supporting local government projects, aligning with Nineveh’s vision of establishing modern institutions that leverage digital solutions to improve transparency and service quality.
