Baghdad: Nineveh Police Chief, Major General Falah al-Shammari, has announced the implementation of new organizational procedures at the Mosul Dam customs checkpoint aimed at facilitating the movement of trucks and goods, reducing processing times, and maintaining necessary security measures.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Major General al-Shammari stated that the police command is actively coordinating with relevant authorities to develop effective operational mechanisms within the checkpoint. These measures are intended to enhance efficiency in transportation and trade, contributing to the support of economic activities and providing improved services to both citizens and drivers. Furthermore, the plan emphasizes maintaining security oversight and enforcing the law to ensure the continued security and stability of the province.
