Kirkuk: Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul-Ghani Al-Sawad, along with Kirkuk Governor Rebwar Taha and Chairman of the Council Eng. Mohammed Al-Hafez, made a significant visit to the North Gas Company. The visit underscored the commitment to enhancing the oil sector’s contribution to the national economy.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, an expanded meeting took place during the visit, featuring the Ministry’s undersecretaries, General Managers, and Directors of the North Oil and North Gas companies, in addition to the company’s staff. The Minister took the opportunity to commend the management and staff for their efforts. He reiterated Kirkuk’s role as a symbol of brotherhood and coexistence and emphasized the importance of advancing the oil sector for the benefit of both Kirkuk Governorate and the broader national economy.
