Baghdad:Oil Minister Bassem Mohammed Khudair has instructed the Oil Products Distribution Company to intensify monitoring efforts and ensure a consistent supply of fuel.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the directive was issued after Minister Khudair conducted an inspection tour of several fuel stations in Baghdad. The purpose of the tour was to assess field operations and evaluate the level of petroleum product supplies available to citizens.

During his visit, the minister also stopped by the Baghdad Distribution Authority to review work mechanisms and supply levels. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a smooth supply of fuel and enhancing distribution mechanisms to ensure that petroleum products are regularly available to citizens.

The minister further instructed senior officials at the Oil Products Distribution Company and inspection teams to increase field monitoring of distribution outlets. This is to guarantee the continued smooth supply of fuel and adherence to the approved instructions and regulations.
