Oil Prices Rise With Tensions In The Middle East

Baghdad Oil prices rose today, Monday, as a result of instability in the Middle East region after Israel launched a major attack on the Gaza Strip, which threatens the expansion of confrontations and their impact on the surrounding areas that are rich in oil, but a new wave of Covid-19 restrictions in Asia raise concerns of reduced demand.

Brent crude futures rose 5 cents, up 0.08%, to $ 68.77 a barrel, and WTI rose 7 cents, 0.1%, to $ 65.42.
