Hilla: More than thirty people were poisoned after eating contaminated food at an event south of Hilla. The incident occurred at a social gathering in the Al-Ghazali area of Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi district, where attendees consumed the contaminated food.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Luay Al-Rassam, Director of Media for the Babil Health Department, reported that hospitals in the Al-Hashimiya and Ali Abis districts, south of Hilla, received the affected individuals. The medical staff provided first aid to the patients, and their conditions are reported to be stable.
