Baghdad: Officially, Parliament directs its committees to review and regulate municipal fines. The Speaker of Parliament has approved a formal request, which is supported by the signatures of more than 60 MPs, to initiate a review and reorganization of municipal fines. This request has been forwarded to the Parliamentary Committee on Services and Reconstruction for the necessary legal and legislative actions to be taken.
