Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi sent a message of condolence today, Sunday, to the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the passing of his father, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, who passed away earlier today.

According to Iraqi News Agency, in his message, the Prime Minister extended his heartfelt condolences to the sisterly State of Qatar, its government, and people over this profound loss. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased His boundless mercy and to provide his family with patience and solace. This statement was issued by the Media Office of the Prime Minister and received by The Iraqi News Agency-INA.
