Baghdad: The President of the Republic, Nizar Amidi, has underscored the importance of ongoing efforts to elevate the standards of security operations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, President Amidi held a meeting with Lieutenant General Falah Shaghati, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Intelligence and Federal Investigations. The discussion focused on recent security developments and various issues related to the Ministry of Interior’s operations.

The President highlighted the crucial necessity of maintaining and enhancing efforts to improve the quality of security work. He stressed the importance of professionalism in executing tasks and responsibilities, aiming to protect citizens, uphold their rights, and serve the public interest effectively.
