Baghdad: President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid received a congratulatory telegram from the Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of Iraq's Independence Day.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the telegram expressed warm congratulations and blessings to President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid.
