New york: President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, headed to the United States today to participate in the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, President Rashid is leading an official delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Qubad Talabani, Minister of Health Saleh al-Hasnawi, Minister of Migration and Displaced Persons Ivan Faiq Jabro, National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji, and a number of other officials.
