Prime Minister and Supreme Islamic Council Leader Discuss Efforts to Resolve Constitutional Entitlements


Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and the head of the Supreme Islamic Council of Iraq, Sheikh Humam Hamoudi, engaged in a discussion focused on political efforts aimed at addressing constitutional entitlements.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Media Office released a statement detailing that al-Sudani met with Sheikh Hamoudi to deliberate on the country’s general situation. The discussions also covered the government’s ongoing efforts to tackle challenges and execute service projects and programs that support Iraq’s development process.



The statement highlighted that the meeting also concentrated on the political efforts currently underway to resolve constitutional entitlements. These efforts are anticipated to enhance stability and fulfill the needs and aspirations of the Iraqi citizens.
