Doha: Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani confirmed regarding Gaza that: “There are no ongoing talks regarding a deal in light of the Israeli attack.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al Thani said in a press statement: “Qatar was subjected today to a treacherous Israeli attack that constitutes state terrorism, and we reserve the right to respond to this blatant attack.”

He added: “We have formed a legal team to take legal action to respond to the attack, and we must respond in a unified manner to Netanyahu’s barbarism.”

Regarding the mediation in the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza, the Qatari Foreign Minister said: “Doha has spared no effort to ensure the success of the negotiations, but nothing remains after today’s attack.”
