Qinghai: The China Earthquake Networks Center reported on Wednesday that a 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck Qinghai Province in northwest China. The earthquake hit Haixi County at 5:36 AM Beijing time.


According to National Iraqi News Agency, the center stated that the earthquake registered 5.6 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was pinpointed at 37.81 degrees north latitude and 95.63 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
