Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Wednesday that its air defense systems destroyed nine Ukrainian drones over Russian territory last night.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement: “The air defense systems on duty destroyed nine Ukrainian drones, including five over the territory of the Belgorod region, two over the territory of the Kursk region, and two over the Black Sea.”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces target the Russian border areas in the Republic of Crimea and the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh regions almost daily with drones and missiles, aiming to sow terror among civilians.
