Russian Air Defenses Shoot Down 42 Ukrainian Drones


Moscow: Last night, Russian air defenses shot down 42 Ukrainian drones over the country’s southwestern provinces and the Crimean Peninsula.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated in a statement: “Air defense forces shot down 42 Ukrainian drones, including 13 in Bryansk, 12 in Kaluga, 7 in Kursk, 4 in Belgorod, 4 in Crimea, 1 in Oryol, and 1 in Moscow.”



It added: “Ukrainian forces continue to target civilian areas, infrastructure, and energy sites on a daily basis, despite Kyiv’s announcement of its commitment to the US-brokered agreement to halt attacks on energy infrastructure for 30 days, concluded on March 24th.”
