Russian Air Defenses Shoot Down 46 Ukrainian Drones Across Multiple Regions


Moscow: Russian air defenses shot down 46 Ukrainian drones, southwest of the country, last night.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Russian Defense Ministry detailed the incidents, stating that the drones were intercepted in various regions. The report specified that 18 drones were shot down in the Bryansk region, 11 in the Kursk region, 7 in the Kaluga region, 5 in the Tula region, 3 in the Belgorod region, and 2 in the Voronezh region.



The Russian Defense Ministry’s statement highlights the ongoing tension and military engagement between Russia and Ukraine. The interception of these drones marks a significant event in the conflict, with each region mentioned playing a crucial role in the broader security strategy.
