Najaf: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Saturday, that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 41 Ukrainian drones overnight over several regions. The Ministry detailed the interceptions in a statement, highlighting the areas where the drones were neutralized.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry specified that air defenses successfully shot down 28 drones over the Saratov region, 4 drones over the Voronezh region, 4 drones over the Rostov region, 2 drones over the Belgorod region, 2 drones over the Republic of Crimea, and 1 drone over the Volgograd region. The statement from the Ministry showcases the extent of the overnight operation conducted by the Russian air defense systems.
