Russian Defense Ministry on Kursk Developments: 190 Ukrainian Soldiers Neutralized, 4 Counterattacks Repelled


Moscow: The Russian Defense Ministry announced today, Sunday, that Ukraine lost more than 190 soldiers, 3 armored combat vehicles, 16 vehicles, and other equipment on the Kursk axis over the past 24 hours. The Russian Defense Ministry stated in a statement that its forces inflicted losses on formations of six Ukrainian brigades around four border villages in Kursk Oblast, and repelled four counterattacks.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Russian airstrikes and artillery fire hit military forces and equipment around four villages and towns in the Kursk Oblast border region, as well as 20 villages and towns in the neighboring Sumy Oblast.

The statement further detailed that the total losses incurred by Ukrainian forces on the Kursk axis since the beginning of the fighting include more than 69,510 soldiers, 400 tanks, 323 infantry fighting vehicles, 289 armored personnel carriers, 2,216 armored combat vehicles, and other weapons and military equipment.
