Russia’s Military Strikes Target Key Facilities in Kyiv and Mykolaiv

Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Saturday that it had carried out airstrikes on military facilities in Kyiv and the Ukrainian port city of Mykolaiv. These attacks are part of ongoing military operations in the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry stated that the strikes resulted in damage to an assembly facility in Kyiv. This facility was reportedly involved in the assembly and maintenance of remotely controlled boats. Additionally, in the port of Mykolaiv, a marine cargo terminal and four warehouses containing military equipment for Ukrainian forces were targeted.

Furthermore, the ministry highlighted that a power substation in the town of Trekhaty, located within the Mykolaiv region, was also hit. This substation was responsible for supplying electricity to the port of Mykolaiv, indicating a strategic move to disrupt the region’s power supply.
