BAGHDAD: Baghdad Operations Command has detained seven individuals in connection with various criminal activities, including unauthorized possession of medicines, weapons, and narcotics. The arrests were part of a series of operations conducted over the past 24 hours.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Baghdad Joint Operations Command executed a strategic crackdown, resulting in the apprehension of suspects involved in illegal activities. Among those arrested were two individuals found with unauthorized quantities of medicines. Additionally, authorities seized three pistols, an unlicensed rifle, and several vehicles that were violating traffic regulations.

The operations were carried out through temporary checkpoints established in the Karkh and Rusafa districts. This initiative reflects ongoing efforts by the Baghdad Operations Command to curb illegal activities and enhance security in the region.
